Kylie Cossar
Process Improvement Manager
Kylie Cossar joined ENACT Australia to bring together the expanding set of background functions that enable ENACT’s production to run smoothly. Since then, her completion of a White Belt in lean Six Sigma has facilitated her move into client consultation in process improvement.
Kylie’s background is in business analysis, process re-engineering and procedural implementation. Her fifteen year ICT career culminated in her appointment as the Senior Technical Process Analyst on IBM’s Australia-wide Request for Service project. Kylie has extensive Software Development Life Cycle experience, having initiated and run complex projects, appointed key stakeholders, conducted workshops, written specification, technical and training documentation and conducted user testing, training and planned rollouts. She is committed to finding processes that work, plus reflect business realities and eliminate redundancies. Her primary focus over the next few months will be implementing a strong and comprehensive new procedural control system within ENACT.
When she’s not doing that, she’ll be painting pictures or swimming at her favourite beach with her young family!

Richard Chang

Richard commenced his career with ENACT in May 2005. Since then, he has been developing excellent strategies and tools to assist and enable ENACT greater flexibility when working with clients.
He is a member of ACS (Australian Computer Society), notably, he has also achieved the top-level certification (Microsoft Certified Solution Developer) for advanced developers designing and developing leading-edge enterprise solutions.
